My greatest strength lies in helping others find solutions and strategies that can identify, initiate, and implement initiatives to launch a perfect digital and design-led transformation that delivers new products and services.
I am inherently entrepreneurial and thrive on pioneering new initiatives. Together with the Ossmo team, I am committed to tackling the intricate challenges of adoption management within high-value digital products, based on thorough research and close collaboration with our research companies.
I am dedicated to helping organizations achieve valuable outcomes from their IT investments and supporting them in the transition from project to product thinking.
My extensive experience living and working in Australia, Spain, and the USA has enabled me to specialize in supporting the transformation of Enterprise Software and Professional Services companies. I work closely with leaders and talents to help them achieve peak performance. Having worked on “both sides of the table,” I bring a unique perspective to business development and technology-driven change.
Entrepreneurship and exploring best practices are a part of my DNA, and I invented both the Smart Value Selling and Value Discovery Assessment methodologies, which help companies drive value out of their work with both new business development adventures but also exploring new tangible value with existing clients.
Before co-founding Ossmo, I worked with F.L.Smidth (engineering), Siemens, SAP, IBM, PA Consulting, and Applicon. I am also the founder of Nordic Upside and I hold a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, an EBA in Engineering Business Administration, a SAP certification (logistics and ASAP), and various certifications in Business Leadership. Additionally, I am a Certified Professional Facilitator and NLP Practitioner.
I am an intellectual enthusiast and on a mission to pioneer both the research within adoption management and how to address the nuanced complexities of adoption management within the realm of high-complexity, high-value digital products.
My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s degree from the IT University of Copenhagen, both of which emphasize the strategic utilization of IT in organizational contexts.Over the last three years, I have been conducting an industrial PhD project aimed at conceptualizing methods and tools for the effective adoption management of Enterprise Software. While the industrial PhD project concludes in 2025, my commitment to advancing theory-engrained approaches in this field continues. In my journey as a novel researcher and an Ossmo pioneer, I am dedicated to remaining in the intersection of academia and practice as this is where the most enriched insights emerge.
